Q: Is there a new website?
A: For now, all auctions will be app only. Stay tuned–we’re working on a new Vista Auction website.
Q: Can I login using the same login information that I used for the old app?
A: No–you’ll need to create a new account. Use the same email address as your current Vista Auction account to have your store credit transferred automatically. If you use a different email, contact [email protected] and our team can help transfer your store credit to the new account.
Q: Will my old account and new account be merged?
A: No–accounts for each app will remain separate and will not be merged.
Q: If I buy items in both apps, can I pick them up together?
A: During the transition, items won in each app will remain separate. If you have items in both apps, you’ll need a pickup appointment and QR code for each app.
