Went to my new chiropractor, Dr. T., got my first adjustment. Saw my X-rays and my spine and discs are misaligned. I am imbalanced. All fixable but pricey. I figured that going in. Because of the curvature of my spine, my brain was having trouble communicating with my organs and may have led to me becoming prediabetic. Organs weren't getting signals or nutrients or hydration. He did have a vitamin and supplement regimen on my recommendations. I've owned my own supplement and skin care business for 27 years. One thing I don't market is Shilajit. Just learning about it on Snap.

Saw an email that groceries from my business were delivered. Was dark when I walked into the house a few minutes ago. Go back downstairs, lo & behold, a box sits in the dark along the wall.
