ATTENTION: Kactus Embroidery is NOT a graphic artist company. By placing any request for service and you providing any artwork to digitize for the purpose of machine embroidery you, the client, acknowledge your right of use of the artwork provided. If Kactus Embroidery, its owner, an employee, or representative are found to have infringed on a copyright for artwork provided by client, client will indemnify and hold Kactus Embroidery, its owner, employees, and representatives from any and all legal consequences of the infringement. You, the client also agree to compensate Kactus Embroidery, its owner, employees, and representatives for any and all expenses incurred as the result of artwork provided by you that may have infringed any copyright violations.
Kactus Embroidery will search ANY artwork submitted for any watermarking. If any watermarking is found it will be brought to your attention. Watermarked artwork is illegally obtained artwork. If you request that I find and provide the artwork you need – Kactus Embroidery will purchase the rights to use the artwork, on your behalf and at your expense. It will be done in a legal and commercial capacity and Kactus Embroidery will retain the rights of use of the artwork, and may at discretion, use the artwork for projects as the artwork originator allows by the terms of use unless you reimburse the cost and the artwork will become your property.
