People that know me . Know I'm fair and do what I can for my customer. There could a post that says different . My core of values has not nor will they ever. When I go to a call and look at a fridge the customer has call another company and they tell her over the phone compressor . I still looked at the unit at customer home. I test the control board and there was a code 22 which is the starter relay , thermistor. I explained I can replace the part it might or might not solve the problem. It was the customer choice and the part was orderd. Due to her request. It arrived and was installed. She was also told there could still be a problem . So now she thinks I owe her .You guys know me and what I'm about. Thanks for your Business.
