This week I have a limited number of shirts that came about from a deep thought about Jaws.
When I got to thinking about just where Chief Brody obtained the dive cage that Hooper was in. I thought maybe there was a Cage dive operator on Amity Island that summer who knew a lot about attracting Sharks but just enough to be dangerous.
With the help of my good friends Emily & Chris at we created a Shirt for Slicks Cage Diving Co. of Amity Island for the Summer of 1974.
Currently there are only 10 of these shirts in existence and I’ll have them with me at the this Wednesday from 9am ‘til 2pm

Very excited to announce my next popup will be at the famous on the very beautiful island of Martha’s Vineyard. I’ll have all the coolest reads that one could possibly want. I have been scouring New England and beyond for the last couple of months and boy oh boy will you have the opportunity to be the coolest person on the beach.
Come find me every Wednesday in July at the market, open from 9am - 2 pm and located at 142 North Road, Chilmark Ma. Bring your friends !

I was too busy having fun and watching folks enjoy all the offerings at last week to take more photos. But it was a great time and a lot of vintage paperbacks went to new homes. In a weird turn of events today showed us The Door 😱.
I love when someone finds a book in my store that they have been recommended by others. Makes me feel like I might be doing this right at times.

How’s this for a deal, outside the popup I’ve got some injured books in need of a new home. These are all still very readable and I’m doing my best to keep them out of landfills and in the arms of readers. Ideal for taking to the beach, forgetting on a train or going on a long backpacking trip to the Andes.

What’s the cost of one of these lil nuggets you ask… well my friend, take a book and either pay $1 or follow my Instagram. How good is that?

Some Tolkien in there as well as Ralph Ellison and a lot of other classics.
