What does it take for a custom 3D printed piece of equipment?
1. We meet with the client and talk about the item, scale, and detail level.
2. We then research the item and hopefully can locate drawings of the machine or we physically measure the real one.
3. CAD design the item with multiple components for ease of painting.
4. Then finally 3D print the prototype in filament or resin. After we receive client approval, then we print as many as they need!
