A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our first farmers market such a success! 🪿❤️

It was incredibly exciting to meet so many people who came specifically looking for a goose. Hearing “we came here for your geese” absolutely made my day!

One of my favorite parts was watching all the little kids. The quacking noises, the hugs, the excitement—they were literally the sweetest part of the entire day. 🩷💙

We arrived with 13 geese and headed home with only 4 left. I’d say that’s not a bad day at the office!

Hey there, friends! Since the Honk Haus & Co. family has been growing so much lately, I wanted to step out from behind the concrete and introduce myself.

I’m Carla Walden—the heart, hands, and creative entrepreneur behind every single porch goose that leaves my studio. 🎨✨

When I’m not in the studio pouring and painting, I actually carry a full-time job in addition to all this Honk Haus & Co craziness! I’ve been in real estate in some form or fashion for 24 years, and these days you can find me managing the Trademark Title office in Auburn, IN. 💼

I’m married to the love of my life, Scott Walden, (who actually does the concrete mixing while I pour) and I’m a proud mom to an amazing daughter who’s thriving in Chicago and chasing her dreams.

We’re newish to DeKalb County, coming from Fort Wayne. We made the move for country living, wide open space, and live in our forever home on our own few acres of property.

At home, I’m ruled by two fur babies who are basically my empty-nester world. I love bird watching and I’m currently on a personal mission to convince a hummingbird to be my best friend. I’d probably hand-feed every wild animal in my yard if they’d let me.

I’m a sunset chaser, a family-first person, and I love spending free time at Lake Tippicanoe.

Life is full right now ❤️

This little business is my creative outlet, my joy project, and a whole lot of “why not?”

We’re so excited to officially announce that Honk Haus & Co. was approved TODAY as a vendor for the Auburn Farmers Market! 🪿🌿

Starting May 30th, you can find us every Saturday from 8AM-1PM in Auburn, Indiana with our handcrafted geese.

Pricing - cash/venmo/credit
Painted $140 cash / $145 if using Venmo or Credit
Non Painted $100 cash / $105 if using Venmo or Credit

This is such a huge step for our small business, and we’re incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported us along the way. We can’t wait to meet more of you in person, see familiar faces, and bring Honk Haus to the market each weekend!

After much consideration, Honk Haus & Co will no longer be accepting new waitlist orders at this time.

We will absolutely continue honoring all current waitlist orders already in place, and we sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience and support throughout this process.

Moving forward, our focus will be shifting toward farmer’s markets, ready-to-purchase inventory, and local pickup based on availability. This change will allow us to create more freely, offer quicker access to our geese, and better manage production quality and turnaround times.

We are incredibly grateful for the love and support this community has shown Honk Haus & Co and we’re excited for this next chapter. Be sure to follow along for market dates, available geese, and surprise drops! 🪿
