Have you tried our signature bars? If not, we have flavors like candied hibiscus with 70% dark chocolate; café de olla (Mexican coffee blend) with dark milk chocolate and piloncillo crystals (unrefined sugar); and Lebanese brittle with spices and dark milk chocolate.
You can order singles or boxes for gifts with three or nine of them and you can also choose what flavors you want.

The Lebanese chocolate bar is made with fresh grounded spices. A combination of seven different ones that, when mixed with dark milk chocolate, the flavors become complex and really delicious for those who love spices. Then the bars are topped with crunchy sesame brittle.

Do you know what is this? These are crystals of piloncillo/panela, unrefined cane sugar that is widely used in Latin America. In Mexico, it’s used to sweeten beverages, make candies and desserts.

I use them for the “café de olla” chocolate bar, a blend of dark milk chocolate with dark roasted coffee and of course, these delicious, crunchy but yet soft crystals of piloncillo.
