I am Gil Atkinson and I have been racing karts and building motors since 1981...
Originally from the East Coast (SC & NC) then spent the last 11 years in central California. Relocated to Nebraska in 2024 to start up a kart manufacturing business... HardRock Racing LLC (HRR) - home of the Innovation chassis. I teamed up with Cole Nelson of Cole Nelson Racing (CNR) of Invader chassis in late 2022 to

build the first prototype chassis for HRR. The prototype was very successful throughout 2023 in California, Oregon and Washington state. Following this success and with a few minor tweaks, the new Innovation chassis will be produced in here in Nebraska. HardRock Racing also builds replacement parts for all Buller karts using the original fixtures, jigs and build notes.
