Some events remind you why you love what you do, and working with The Billy Martini Show Band at the Brentwood Summer Music Series was definitely one of them.

There’s something special about bringing a community together through live music, and it was an honor for Full Force Audio & Lighting LLC to help create that experience by providing the audio production for such an incredible evening.

A heartfelt thank you to Billy Martini and the entire band for sharing your talent and passion with everyone in attendance. It’s always a pleasure working with musicians who truly love entertaining and connecting with their audience.

So very proud of our production team at the Gilroy Rodeo Kickoff Concert last night. So much work, but sooooo worth it.

Huge thanks to Jesse & Alyssa, Shawn, Doug, and their crew for the countless hours to put on such an amazing event for the community.

What an incredible celebration at this year’s Brentwood Juneteenth Event!

Full Force Audio & Lighting LLC was honored to provide the audio, staging, lighting, and LED wall production for this amazing community event. It was truly inspiring to see so many people come together to celebrate culture, history, unity, and community spirit.

A heartfelt thank you to our partners at the City of Brentwood Parks & Recreation Department for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful event. We also want to recognize the incredible volunteers, vendors, artists, bands and performers, and community members whose dedication and support helped make the day such a tremendous success.

Special thanks to our outstanding production team — Bill, Michael, and Matt — for their hard work, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Events like this are only possible because of the countless hours put in behind the scenes by an amazing crew.

There’s something truly special about coming to Artesia each year to provide audio and lighting for the annual Festa Da Bola at the legendary Artesia Portuguese Hall (DES). This event is so much more than a festival—it’s tradition, community, and family.

Year after year, we’re honored to be part of an event that brings so many people together to celebrate culture, friendship, and the incredible spirit of this community. No matter how much time passes, being in Artesia always feels like coming home. The love, support, and warmth from this community throughout the years has meant so much to us, and we never take that for granted.

A very special thank you to the 2026 Festa Da Bola committee members and every volunteer who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this year such an amazing success. These events don’t happen without your dedication, countless hours, and passion—and you absolutely knocked it out of the park. Well done!

We’re currently looking to bring on experienced audio engineers for upcoming shows and events.

This is not an entry-level position — we need individuals who have real-world experience working in a live audio production environment and understand what it takes to deliver under pressure.

Requirements:

Proven experience in live sound (A1/A2 roles, events, festivals, etc.)
Reliable transportation
Absolutely no drug use
Strong work ethic and professionalism
Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
Team player who can communicate effectively with crew and clients
Keen knowledge of balancing live audio mixes
Knowledgeable with digital console formats (Midas, Allen Heath, Yamaha)

This is contract-based work, not a full-time employee position. Schedules will vary depending on events, so flexibility is key.

Proud to be providing audio once again for the annual Downtown Campbell Boogie Music Fest! This event never disappoints—great music, amazing energy, and an awesome community that knows how to have a good time.

It was truly an honor to be part of such a beautiful evening at the United Irish Cultural Center’s Annual Gala in San Francisco at the historic ballroom at the Hibernia, always an incredible place to work, and seeing it filled with friends, supporters, and Irish community celebrating together made the night even more special.

A huge thank you again to the amazing band Livewire for bringing such incredible talent to the stage. Their musicianship and professionalism are second to none, and they kept the dance floor packed all night long. Watching the room come alive with music, laughter, and dancing is exactly what nights like this are all about.

My sincere appreciation goes out to Leo and everyone involved with the UICC – United Irish Cultural Center—the organizers, staff, volunteers, and supporters who work so hard to make this annual gala such a success. Your dedication to preserving and celebrating Irish culture and community truly shines through in events like this.

It’s always humbling to be trusted with the audio and lighting for such a meaningful event. Nights like this remind me why I love what I do—bringing people together through music, great performances, and unforgettable moments.
