We want to apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our recent NeeDoh post.

The photo was posted Thursday evening and showed the NeeDoh products we had in stock at the time the photo was taken. We were open for business on Friday, and because NeeDoh products are extremely popular and quantities are limited, many of those items sold before Saturday morning.

We certainly never intended for anyone to make a special trip expecting every item pictured to still be available, and we’re sorry if our post gave that impression.

After giving this some thought, we’ve decided that going forward we will no longer post our new NeeDoh arrivals on Facebook. Because quantities are often so limited and inventory can change so quickly, we don’t want a Facebook post to create expectations about what will be available hours—or days—later.

New NeeDohs will still be arriving at Dickens Gift Shoppe, but they’ll simply be a fun surprise for our customers when they visit the store. 😊

We truly appreciate everyone who shops with us and supports our family-owned business. We’ve been serving Branson visitors and local families since 1967, and we would never intentionally mislead our customers. Thank you for understanding. ❤️
