Just realized it is World Chocolate Day and wanted to highlight this amazing shop in Belgium.

Not all chocolate is created equal. .gent is small but mighty and on a mission!! The husband and wife team get their cacao beans sourced from India. Bean to bar is thrown around a lot, Holy Cow is one of the few who are!

On this World Chocolate Day, I just wanted to highlight a chocolatier on the other side of the world!

More inspiration from Belgium!! This is a dark chocolate bar with orange cream on the inside! It was so smooth. Being based in Florida and you know oranges, do you think it would be a hit?

As my time in Belgium comes to a close just want to share this - It has been an absolute pleasure! I've learned a handful and got some inspiration!! And can officially say I've made a chocolate from cacao bean to a chocolate piece!!

Been a lil absent on Just Cause Chocolates - might change with some creative ideas from the Netherlands and Belgium. Today stopped at a cute shop in Amsterdam and loved her chocolate covered strawberries with toppings, and chocolate covered bananas. Might be adding those to Just Cause Chocolates offerings, what do you think?
