Wow we cannot believe a wine-induced joke while on a family vacation would turn into a full blown business!

🍷📖 Two years ago, 3 cousins signed on the dotted line to create Just a Taste Books LLC with the goal to share our love of romance books and great wine.

🥂 A year and a half ago, we started our “Pouring Over Pages” events with the goal to support our local community and feature badass indie authors. Since then, we have signed on 12 winery partners, found loving homes for hundreds of books, hired our first employee, and made amazing friends along the way.

HUGE shout out to our regulars: you know who you are and we love you ❤️

Thank you to the Leyden team for taking a chance on a brand new business and working with us to SELL OUT EVERY EVENT 🥂 we couldn’t be where we are without you!

Finishing a book and having nowhere to put all your thoughts should be illegal.

Because when someone asks what you’re reading, you suddenly forget how to speak.

“It’s….. fiction….” 🥴 Meanwhile last night you spent three chapters reading with one hand and a very active imagination.

And now you’re supposed to just... move on with your life? Absolutely not.

So we made a place for it.
