Broke in a few new builds today! 23lb sack with a 6.17lbr as the biggest of the bunch. Stryker Rods & Blanks MB764 (7ft 6in Medium Heavy Moderate Fast) and Fish MHX Bushido MB73 10-20 (7ft 3in Medium Heavy Fast). The Stryker MB764 is an awesome crankbait rod for your cranks in that 10-16ft range with the sweet spot being that 12ft 1/2-5/8oz diving crankbait. The Bushido MB73 10-20 is an absolute MEAT STICK! Offshore jigs 1/2oz and bigger are where this blank shines! Super sensitive and handles big fish with ease as you can see in the video.

Now that the Mid Iowa Bassmasters Swap Meet is in the past. I wanted to give a huge shout out to everyone who stopped by the table to check out some KUSTOM rodz, place a KUSTOM order, or buy a KUSTOM rod! I had so much fun talking about my passion, the hard work, and the science that goes into building a KUSTOM rod! I've got a feeling that my Kustomer (see what I did there 😎) is going to love this build! He stated that he wanted a rod that will allow him to aggressively rip jerkbaits and I immediately knew which blank was for him!

After doing some testing with this blank back in the fall, I quickly realized that this blank was going to be a hot seller with anyone who loves to throw a jerkbait or finesse topwaters.
