Finished and delivered this carving of the legendary Molly Pitcher (Mary Ludwig Hays McCauley) loading a cannon. This is a scene from the Battle of Monmount during the Revolutionary War. Molly and the cannon are carved from catalpa wood. Antique wagon wheels were used on the cannon. Thanks for looking, liking, and sharing!
