Today we’re highlighting someone who usually stays behind the scenes, but whose impact is felt in every part of our company, David.

Even if you don’t see him on the front lines every day, you can always feel the standard he sets. David leads with a calm, steady kind of dedication. The kind that shows up in how he treats people, how he listens, and how he makes sure our customers walk away happy. He’s the type of owner who doesn’t just talk about good service; he works to make it real.

We appreciate the way he supports the team, the pride he takes in the work we do, and the example he sets for what it means to care about both people and the product. Thank you, David, for guiding this company with integrity and for always keeping the customer experience at the heart of what we do.

He has been a part of Washer and Refrigeration Supply Co. since 1971! Just over FIVE decades of hard work, dedication, and leadership. Terry is the kind of boss people hope to have. He is compassionate, understanding, and not to mention extremely knowledgeable. Whether its solving problems, sharing his wisdom, or just simply checking in on someone, he continues to make a difference every day. His positive attitude and leadership have helped shape a work culture that benefits customers and employees alike, earning the respect and appreciation of all. Also, if you have ever worked with him, you know his favorite saying too, "We don't work, we have fun!"

Thank you, Terry for your 55 years of service and here is to a few more! We're all proud to be a part of your team.

Meet Ben!!
He has been with us since November '25 and he is an exceptional worker. He came in to learn the ropes and helps wherever he can. We appreciate his work ethic and big grin every time a customer comes in the door. We can't wait to see where he goes in the future with our company.

Meet Jacob!📸

Jacob has been with us since October 2023 and sadly, his last day here with us at Washer and Refrigeration Supply Co is approaching, and he will be leaving us.

During his time here, He has been a handy team member who was always willing to jump in and help wherever he could. He brought plenty of laughs to the workplace as well as being a friendly face for many customers too. We are thankful for the time we have had with him here for the past nearly 3 years, and while we are sad to see him go, we are excited for him in his next chapter and wish him nothing but the best and success in his next adventure.

☀️Summer is here, and your A/C is working overtime!☀️

A few quick HVAC tips to help keep your home cool and comfortable:

✅ Change your air filter inside regularly. A dirty filter makes your system work harder and can reduce airflow.

✅ Keep outdoor units clear of grass, leaves, and debris. Your system needs room to breathe!

✅ Close blinds and curtains during the hottest part of the day to help keep heat outside where it belongs.

✅ Make sure vents aren’t blocked by furniture, rugs, or boxes.

✅ Don’t ignore unusual noises or weak airflow. Small issues can become expensive repairs if left unchecked.

✅ Clean your Outdoor Condenser coils at least once a year to remove dirt, debris, grass clippings, etc to remove some strain off the compressor.
