Another beautiful day guiding at lake Billy chinook!
Amazing crew of 6 today with limits for all!
Doubles, triples, quads was the norm and has been all year for the little captains boat!
We boated 70 Kokanee which included a captains limit by 8 am!
Super fun day and amazing weather.

Tackle of choice:
🔥 Little captains tackle 🔥

Lures:🚨
Orange shrimp, pink krill, orange krill, pink white micro hoochie, orange glow fly, pink shrimp were the ticket!

Dodgers:🔥
Gold
Pink white, pink fish scale, orange moon jelly, pink white crystal flash, and black fish scale were lights out!

Troll speed:
1.2-1.3mph with some occasions drops to 1mph and speed back up to entice them.

Depth
40-60’ deep

Location
Crooked arm is good and so is the canyon by the dam.

Another Beautiful morning at lake Billy chinook with an amazing crew!
4 limits of Kokanee including the captains limit and 2 bulls!
One 27” trophy bull weighing 10 1/2 pounds couldn’t resist the little captains tackle orange krill bug and gold moon jelly zig zag dodger!
It absolutely crushed it ripping off 200’ of line and the battle was on!
Took about 10 minutes but Chris fought him to perfection and we ultimately got it in the net!
Fishing is on fire as it has been all year for the little captains boat!
The Kokanee are large and fat we got one that was 15” today.
Pink white and orange were on 🔥
Running 2-3 oz of lead 60-100’ back
Fishing about 30-50’ deep
Speed was faster today 1.2-1.3
Little captains krill bugs, hoochies and shrimps paired with our gold dodgers were the ticket!
