Happy New Year from Hot Sauce Pod 🌶️📦

I genuinely thought today was going to be a light day… and instead we shipped just over 2,000 boxes to close out the year. I can’t think of a better way to wrap things up.

Our first year has been wild in the best way. We’ve shipped to all 50 states, fulfilled 1,200+ orders, sent out 4,000+ packages, and put 150,000+ Hot Sauce Pods into the world. We’ve also grown to 1,000+ customers and earned 100+ five-star reviews, which honestly means more to me than any metric.

We absolutely crushed what we thought was possible in year one. Not because we had everything figured out — we didn’t. We made mistakes, learned fast, fixed what was broken, and kept showing up every day trying to do right by small-batch sauce makers.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re setting the bar even higher. Our goal is 1 million individual pods shipped. It’s a big, slightly crazy number, and that’s the point. Early in Q1, we’ll start tracking progress publicly so you can follow along and be part of it with us.

We’re also rolling out new ways to help you save on shipping — subscriptions, auto-renew options, and more tools built for folks who ship consistently and want predictable pricing.
