Return Policy---When you buy an item from Robin's Dockside Shop and you want to return the item, I ask you to call or to e-mail me & let me know the reason why. Don't send the package back because it will not be accepted.--------I had a customer return a compass but didn't call or write before sending the item back. I didn't accept the package. The customer has written a bad review on google about the compass and that I wouldn't accept it back. The problem would have been taking care with a phone call or e-mail. The person failed to tell the whole story about that it did take a month but the price of the compass plus shipping was refunded. The person still has the compass.

Return Policy

We ask that you call first or send an e-mail before returning an item. Any items that are returned without first calling or e-mailing will be sent back to the customer. We will try our best to work with you if you have something wrong with the item but I am asking that you call or e-mail first.

If an item should arrive broken because the damaged happen during shipping, call us and let us know that it arrived to you broken. The package is insured.

I had a customer return a compass without first calling or e-mailing me that something was wrong with the compass. I had the package return to the customer. After it was returned then I received an e-mail from the person complaining about the compass and what was wrong with it. The person then filed a complaint with BBB. A month later is when I decided to make a decision on this problem. The person received a full refund on the order. The person still has the compass. The person who filed the complaint with BBB and on the Google website has failed to tell you the rest of the story of what took place. That the money did get return in full and the person still has the compass.
