I’ve moved on to the second book in this series, “Carl’s Doomsday Scenario”; disaster prep meets a violent reality TV game show with a weaponized cat .. I am at a loss for how to really describe this series 😂 but I can’t put it down! 📚

What are you reading this week? Are you loving it?

I’ve got quite the mix going and admittedly am usually reading at least 2 books at any one time. Memoirs are one of my favorite genres and Reyna Grande is a master. “Migrant Heart” is a lyrical reckoning with identity, belonging, and survival from one of today’s strongest immigrants voices.

I have finally jumped on the “Dungeon Crawler Carl” bandwagon and am not disappointed! This is the first of the series; it’s absurd and addictive.

And OF COURSE I recommend everything by Danny Caine. He writes small books with HUGE spines, if you know what I mean!
