Tipperary Rod & Reel Travel Kit!

Your travel kit comes complete with one of our signature tiger eye brown 2 weight rods in either 6 foot or 6.5 foot, a Tributary Reel in your choice of finish, 50 yards of 20 lb braided backing line, a 30 yard spool of size 2 weight-forward floating line and a 9 foot 5x leader. Because of the size of the fly reel, we recommend only using half of backing line, so all of your weight forward line will fit.



All you need to do is add your favorite fly and you’re ready for action!

These medium fast action four piece rods will please all levels of fly fishermen -- from the novice to the expert! Destination Collection blanks are constructed of IM 6 Graphite. The guides and fly tops are stainless steel construction with industrial hard chrome plating. The stripper guides have (SiC) silicon carbide rings. Each rod has real wood inserts and two locking nuts to secure the reel.
