As our Executive Operator, she keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes—answering phones, booking appointments, responding to emails, creating invoices, maintaining customer relationships, and handling just about everything that comes with being Kelly’s right hand.

Nicole’s organization, dedication, and commitment to our customers help make every day run a little smoother. Whether she’s coordinating schedules, keeping jobs on track, or making sure our customers have a great experience, she does it all with professionalism and care.
