Sorry for my absence - been dealing with some stuff. I got gifted this Tiny Batch whiskey over the weekend.

It’s a single grain whiskey from a single Virgin American Oak barrel. According to Tiny Batch, it is “An elegantly simple whiskey made from African maize. A truly handmade whiskey. A barrel a month.”

Timy Batch is a tiny distillery in Cape Town South Africa.

I will give it a taste and report back.
