In an effort to promote healing on both sides of the country's political divide, we will be sponsoring a 100 Million Cat Lay About on January 23, 2017. It's important that, as humans, we support our feline friends' efforts in this endeavor. Please consider providing a comfy high perch, soft blankets, cat treats, and other goodies in preparation. My cats are already in training for this grueling event, staking out good sleeping places. Of course, dogs are welcome to participate as well. Just post your pets sleeping on January 23rd.

This should be a great conversation. Fran Lebowitz is one of my favorite all time humorists. She suffered from years of writer's block that were a real loss for all of us.
