One, we have a newborn and he sure keeps us busy💛

We've also been behind the scenes upgrading our systems, rebuilding our website, and acquiring new land for our current and future customers.

As I mentioned in my last post... as an entrepreneur we are always learning new things...like building a website. ;) This was fun project.

Rise Up Update!

Starting a business as a husband and wife team is an adventure! We're enjoying the process of discovering each other's strengths—what we each love doing, and what we’d rather delegate.

The good news? TJ and I are very complementary. He thrives with numbers, phone calls, paperwork, research, and due diligence. I, on the other hand, love creating new systems, building SOPs, setting up platforms, and tracking data. (We’re also quickly identifying the tasks we’ll be handing off to a VA soon!)

And the most exciting news: we’ve officially purchased our first three properties!
