As of 4/22: the current processing & shipping times are 5-7 business days or sooner.

-Flat shipping is $6, no matter how many or little you purchase. You can get FREE shipping on orders $35+ & FREE samples & a coupon are included with every order.
Rush Order, Returns & Issues
-If you need something by a specific date, please reach out to ask if I can accommodate because orders processed in the order they are received. This is considered a rush order and you must pay, if not ordering at least 2 weeks in advance.
-Cancellations are accepted as long as the order did not ship.
-If you happen to experience Issues/errors/damages/missing items, etc with your order, please reach out within 5 days from the delivery or receive date to [email protected]. You must include your order number, picture of the damage/defect, etc, and any information about what is going on. After 5 days, I am not able to offer replacements or refunds.
-Refunds are issued on a case by case basis & if approved, it will go back to the original form of payment used at checkout.
