A very Merry Christmas from the Maybird team! Also, a happy belated birthday to our wonderful founder/the best toffee chef out there, who spent the day doing what we love, spreading joy through chocolate at the Christmas Market! We are SO thankful to everyone who supported us and chose Maybird for your hot chocolate and toffee needs this year. We put our all and then some into this company, and are so honored by all who chose our chocolate as a gift to a loved one this year, and we are incredibly thankful to the help we had getting through this month, as we couldn’t have done it without a select few talented people who made it possible for us to keep serving hot chocolate. We also send a BIG thank you to the organizers of and for doing an astounding job at putting such an amazing market together. It was our busiest month ever, and we apologize to anyone who felt that reflected in a longer wait time or your favorite product out of stock, but we are also deeply moved by all of the kindness and patience we felt from the community. To all of those who still need toffee or weren’t able to buy our hot chocolate powder, reach out and we will get it to you! Though Christmas has passed, we will keep delivering the best chocolate we can year round, and can’t wait for everyone to see the new products we didn’t quite have time to come out with this month. It took us quite awhile to get caught up on chocolate production enough to keep serving hot chocolate at the let alone chafe any to sell, but we were finally able to get some packaged and it will be available today at the Maybird Confections hot chocolate booth! We will be serving our hot chocolate made with our organic dark chocolate and organic whole milk all weekend long and until Christmas Eve at the market in downtown Lawrenceville! Our toffee shelves are full and we have plenty of bars, from delicious dark chocolate inclusions to milk chocolate stocking stuffers. Come say hi and grab some hot chocolate!

It’s been cold out🥶and that means we’ve been putting in overtime making marshmallows for our hot chocolate at ! We’ve been overwhelmed at the response for our hot chocolate, and are so thankful to everyone who stops by! Our marshmallows are made fresh by us, usually the night before, and you can choose from peppermint, vanilla, or a delicious gingerbread. They all go fantastic with our bean-to-bar, all organic ingredients hot chocolate! We’ll be serving it up in Lawrenceville until Christmas Eve! ☕️

Soft opening of was a resounding success! After way too much time spent worrying about the smallest details, we are pleasantly surprised that it all came together! Grand opening is on Black Friday and we will continue to have even more great products as the month goes on! Come by, say hi, and grab a cup of the richest, most warming hot chocolate we can make, topped with fresh whipped cream and our homemade marshmallows.

We’re working with a new batch of Semuliki Forest beans from Uganda, and this harvest has been delicious however we’ve made it! We’ll do some bars and toffee, but mainly, we’re gonna be making A LOT of our hot chocolate with this cacao as the main ingredient for the Atlanta Christkindl market coming up in just a couple weeks! We’ll be set up there from Black Friday to Christmas Eve selling craft hot chocolate with our handmade marshmallows, toffee, caramel, and more. Can’t wait to see you there!

The people spoke and we heard you loud and clear! We’ll be making much more of this Pistachio Sea Salt Toffee. We roast and chop the freshest pistachios we can get right here at the Maybird kitchen, cover it all with our amazing Costa Esmeraldas dark chocolate, and top it off with the flakiest of sea salt. Make sure you have a drink cause it’s rich! Get your bag this weekend at the Brookhaven festival November 8th and 9th! Well have it on the website as soon as possible for everyone else.

We first made this Pistachio Sea Salt Toffee as a custom order for our friends at and had a ton of fun making it! But it turned out so good we’re wondering if we should add it to the lineup. Anyone out there who would try our Pistachio toffee?

We're so excited about the upcoming Atlanta Christkindlmarket! It's moving from Buckhead to the Lawrenceville Lawn this year, and we can't wait to see you there!

Santa saw that we were such good little boys & girls all year long so he's bringing us a 50' Ferris Wheel this season!

We sent off a boat-load of product to the Georgia National Fair in Perry, Georgia yesterday, including some of our favorite new chocolate like the Zorzal Milk Bar and a batch of No Nut toffee covered in the Zorzal milk chocolate that's one our favorite yet. Of course we have classic like the Dark Chocolate Bourbon Toffee and a great batch of Coffee Toffee. We have plenty more there, so if you stop by, make sure to look for Maybird Confections products!
