Appliance Solutions now offering assistance to DIY'ers for a much smaller fee than an in home service visit. We want to be able to assist our customers find solutions to any of their appliance needs by offering in home services as well as chat with a tech services while you diagnose and repair your own appliance*.
That's RIGHT! We've helped HUNDREDS of customers fix their own appliances.

In home service calls start at $85

CHAT with a Tech services* start at $10

*CHAT with a Tech service disclaimer:
We can assist you in repairing your own appliance. We assume no liability for injury to self or others. We assume no liability for any damages done to property or person. Customer accepts responsibility for working on their own appliance and assumes all necessary risks and liability. Customer also agrees to be knowledgeable and mechanically inclined enough to use tools properly which includes using the correct tools and sometimes use of a multimeter or other specialty tools. CHAT services start at $10 to be paid prior to instructions given. $10 covers 30 minutes of chat time or 10 messages from Tech (whichever comes 1st) Extra time will be charged accordingly. Additional appliances will be an additional charge.

Service charge for regular household appliances is now $85. If you have a Samsung or any other brand french door design fridge the service charge is $120. Note, there is a class action lawsuit against Samsung on several of their fridges, I do not cover warranty repairs or manufacturer's warranty on any brand.
I will no longer be diagnosing repairs over messenger or messages because I never get compensated for helping. I can only provide proper diagnosis in person and with paid service call. I have put some people on a do not service bulletin because of either non payment or basically canceling a scheduled service call with me and after I tell you what I think it is you cancel on me. Sorry, no more free advice.
Weekend/night rates:
Saturday/Sunday: $100 service charge
Evening/ emergency: $125
Samsung or French door fridge designs are more.

$250 Investor special.2 working gas stoves/ovens and a dishwasher. Package deal. I don't really have a market in my area for gas appliances and dishwashers are slow so I decided to out together a package deal to get these units sold. All work and clean selling all 3 pieces for $250. I'll remove this post when sold. Delivery and install options are available but would need to discuss prices and location for those services. $250 pick up only special. Possibly consider offers if you have appliances to give me back don't need to he working. Thanks and have a great day!!!

Update on our warranty policy.
Each appliance is tested and repaired. Every appliance sold will come with a 90 day warranty. The warranty is a repair or replace warranty if the machine fails. I will no longer warranty for free if damage is caused by neglect, improper use, abuse, dropping or damaging while transporting if you transport yourself. Abuse is also overloading machines and could also be items not cleaned out of pockets. If an item causes damage to machine or causes failure it will not be a free warranty repair. Example: a screw,nail, safety pin, etc.
This policy takes effect immediately. I will also not warranty machines that become infested with bugs or other things. Finally I wont warranty a machine that has been in a fire, flood, or any other natural disaster. I provide the warranty bc I am confident in my trade and appliances I sell. Just can't afford to give away any more appliances under these specific circumstances. Thanks for understanding and have a great day.

Starting July 11, 2018 the 6 months automatic warranty with appliance purchase will be reduced to a 30 day warranty for all purchases. This is due to keep my prices competitive enough in the market and avoid losing too much covering appliances that are being abused or not used properly over a 6 month span. I'll add the option to any purchase to buy additional warranty coverage if wanted. This decision was made to promote sales and more business and stay competitive with others and has nothing with me wanting back up my product or services.
