I've been making some new shawl pins for a friend at work. she makes prayer shawls and loves adding my pins to them. these are some newer ones I've made from Sue Mey's patterns. some of the sticks are 3-d. woods I used are walnut, ash, yellowheart, maple,mahogany. can also be used as hair pins.

working on a lighthouse piece for an order. all I have left is the frame. that will be blue pine. cute piece to make! I used blue pine, red cedar, aspen, yellowheart, walnut, green poplar, birch.

An Indian Boy piece!@ he is Linda Couture's pattern. Untested pattern.I made him 12" tall so he would go with the Indian maiden and Linda's Iroquois Indian. He is cut from wenge, blue pine, red oak, bloodwood, yellowheart, aspen, white sycamore and spalted maple.

finished a Cross with a Lily. aspen, walnut, mahogany, cherry. Also finished and delivered a Bay Horse head. dark redish/brown walnut and wenge.

Made this pair of Roosters for my sister Vicki! they have 14 different kinds of wood in them.. fun using all the different woods!
