In our effort to "bring back the butter", my daughter

Apple Scone Scone Ingredients:

2 cups Unbleached wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Pitts' Original Apple Butter (9.5 oz)
2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup milk (low fat, almond or coconut)

There is no "butter" in apple butter. It is named so due to it's smooth and buttery texture which comes from hours of cooking. Many people have never tasted apple butter. It's time for a change...
