I’ve been feeling so guilty about not creating any new art, not writing any new poetry, not practicing guitar... I had to remind myself that I’m in a huge transition right now and things are re-adjusting. Instead of focusing on what I haven’t gotten done, I’ve decided to focus on what I have accomplished. Even on days when all I do is rest and cuddle, that’s important, too. I don’t always have to be “on”. small perspective shifts make all the difference ✨🌙🌞
