Personalized and custom items (i.e initials, names, specific designs, customized orders, etc) are made by request and, therefore, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Items are durable; however, they can cra
ck if dropped so please treat it with care. To clean wipe with a soft, dry & lint free cloth. No alcohol wipes as it will dull the clear coat finish. WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED? If your item is damaged from shipping, you must notify me within 5 business days from the date of delivery and I will be happy to resolve any issues. I will need pictures of BOTH the shipping box as well as pictures of the damaged product. Customer will not be responsible for return shipping on any damaged items. HOW ARE REFUNDS / EXCHANGES PROCESSED? Refunds and Exchanges will not be processed until the product has been returned to the seller. Once I have the product back I will process the refund/exchange.
