Die-cut stickers became a collectible medium partly because vinyl calendaring creates directional stretch: cutting along curves reduces stress and keeps artwork from warping on bottles or helmets. Designers now favor slightly offset kiss-cuts and micro-bevelled edges so stickers lay flat on curved surfaces without bubbling or misalignment.

We use calibrated vinyl and precision die-cuts so our stickers sit smooth and look crisp on any gear.

Some certified recycled polyester (rPET) keeps better colorfastness than virgin polyester because the cleaning and re-polymerizing steps remove dye sites that cause uneven uptake—so recycled fibers can take and hold dye more uniformly, reducing wash fading. Mills also blend rPET with virgin yarns at specific ratios to balance strength and dye performance.

We favor rPET blends tested for colorfastness so our tees stay true wash after wash.
