⚠️ Important Customer Policy Update ⚠️

For insurance and liability reasons, customers will no longer be permitted to enter through the back entryway/loading area of the store unless specifically directed to do so by a staff member for assistance or supervised drop-off purposes.

While we understand this has been a convenience for some customers in the past, this change is necessary to help protect both our customers and our business from potential accidents, injuries, and liability concerns in an active shipping and receiving area.

Moving forward, all standard customer drop-offs and pickups will need to come through the front entrance only.

To help make this easier and more convenient for customers carrying packages, we have also added a new automatic door button at the front entrance for easier access 📦🚪

This policy also allows our staff to:
📦 Properly scan and process packages
📦 Maintain package accountability
📦 Provide better customer service
📦 Maintain a safer working environment for everyone

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue working to provide a safe and professional experience for our customers and staff ❤️

Ship Shop will be CLOSED on Memorial Day as we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
This holiday represents far more than a long weekend — it is a time to reflect with gratitude on the courage, service, and sacrifice of our fallen heroes and the families who carry their memory forward ❤️
Please note that shipping carriers will not be operating or picking up packages that day as well.
