Our sister store is in Decatur We are a kid's shop that specialized in quality and ethically made goods for kids and the creative family. In addition to our shop we also host ART classes nearly every day of the week.

LOCAL AUTHOR BOOK SIGNING

We are excited to welcome Ailynn Irwin (Ailynn Irwin ) to the shop for a sweet night of šŸ¦• šŸ¦– and celebration of her book :: DIG THIS!

In our early days of TOY SHOP THAT PROMOTE JOY + CREATIVITY + WONDER a young Dino obsessed child came to Dinosaur camp. Flash forward a decade laterā€¦ This young adult shows me a book that she illustrated and wrote. She hasnā€™t stopped love these giant prehistoric creatures! Allyn is now graduated and set to attend the University of Montana to study paleontology!
Stories like these are so special to me and the work that we do through our Arts programming. We are so proud of Ailynn and the work that she is putting out into the world!
We hope you will attend this fun event and help support Ailynn as she pursues her dreams!

This event is free to attend and we will have some fun activities for kiddos and a special šŸ¦– ice cream special. All sales of the book will go to to Ailynn and her peruse her dream of studying šŸ¦•ā€™s.

Fall 2026 Classes Are Live!
We will be sharing more about our fall schedule, and first on the list is our Craftypreneurs class. This class combines creative expression with the business side of art. Participants will learn about branding, marketing, packaging, and how to create a business plan for their work. The kids will have the opportunity to sell their creations at our holiday market! You can see the full class description on our website!

Craftypreneurs is held on Fridays from 4-5:30 starting on September 4th.

Just three years ago, we made a big risk to change locations from our home of 13 years on broad street to our new shop on Barber. My heart kept telling me it was a big risk worth taking.

Moving locations was not a small project to say the least. I think my intuition was right and has opened up our doors to our community in different ways.

I love seeing our journey of taking a raw space and adding our color day by day. I love what we have become and Iā€™m grateful for everyone for supporting our journey of growth and transition!
