Goodness this has been a week! Bunch of new and new to us goodies getting ready to hit the sales floor tomorrow and the website tonight!! I'm staying late and photographing everything!! This picture doesn't even account for the other three bins of stuff I have! (4 saddles, English and Western items, jeans, button downs, breeches, English show tops, youth hunt coats and more!!!)
Bonus hockey is on!!!

It's been an early day already! Hitting up Paso Robles Horse Park our tax shed is getting the full revamp before the start of fall show season in August! It's also going to be a hot one today Make sure all your animals have a water source and same with you lol San Luis Obispo looks like it's going to be 97 and Paso 100 Summer is coming in like a wrecking ball

I'm BACK!!!
#3 dairy goat show in the books ✔️
Friday at noonish we took off to Chino California in Los Angeles county 5-hour + drive, We got all the goats bed down and then took off to medieval times for some fun for the girls, back to the hotel at 11:00 p.m. Saturday I naturally woke up at 5:00 that was rude, out the door at 7:30, show started showing at 8:30. Show went till 11:30pm... Over 300 goats It was a large turnout for a first show for this organization, three show rings, which led to a lot of confusion for us newbies and confusion and hiccups in Flow. Paige has been working so hard in her showmanship and It came into 100% frutation by winning first in her class and getting a buckle! I'm so proud of her.
Combined with all her goats she entered the arena 15 times! She entered the ring with breeders that have won nationals! Lots and lots of learning again at the show!!! We learned a lot on how to bag up the mamarory system to get them even more show ready and Paiges dry yearling Willow the (little black goat) Placed 7th out of 20 in one of her classes, and I think top three out of another large class. At the end of the show we started packing up exhausted at roughly 11:00 11:30 and then ... I get in my car to start hooking up the trailer and she is dead as a doornail. Being exhausted myself and trying not to cry I found someone would jump or cables and someone to jump it. Hooked it up and drove straight home made it back to Atascadero at 4:15 in the morning on Sunday. Woke up on Sunday at around 9:00 a.m. did animal care tasks while Paige slept in. And then I crashed out the rest of the day sleeping from 1:00 p.m. to about 6:00 p.m. yesterday Monday I was feeling pretty decent but still tired at least my hair didn't hurt anymore lol and open the store privately for a large group of lesson students and competitors who were showing at twin Rivers over the weekend.
I still think I'm a little bit in survival mode but here we are lol
