Some collaborations start with an ingredient. This one started with a shared belief that brighter days were worth brewing toward.
We're proud to partner with Asheville Tea Company on a Peach White Tea Gose brewed with a custom blend of white and Se Chung Oolong teas, plus loads of peach and apricot. The result is bright, lightly tart, and packed with juicy stone fruit character, delicate floral notes, and a crisp finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.
This collaboration means a little more to us because it's rooted in a shared story. After Hurricane Helene impacted the community we both call home, Asheville Tea Company faced the loss of their entire facility near Biltmore Village. Rather than call it quits, they got back to work rebuilding, one cup of tea at a time.
Their resilience, optimism, and commitment to Asheville inspired us to create something together that celebrates forward momentum and the people who make this community special. Sure, it's a delicious beer. But it's also a toast to good neighbors, shared perseverance, and all the good things still to come.
