Today marked a huge milestone for me personally and professionally — I officially crossed $1 MILLION in travel sales in less than 2 years. ✨
What makes this milestone even more emotional for me is that just one year ago, I was still in the classroom as a special education teacher while building this business before school, after school, on lunch breaks, and late at night after long work days.
If you would have told me a few years ago that I would build a business helping people experience the world, I honestly don’t know if I would have believed you.
What started as a passion for creating meaningful, personalized travel experiences has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined.
Looking back now, I realize so many of the skills I developed in education became the foundation of how I serve my clients today.
As a teacher, I learned how to adapt quickly, communicate clearly, advocate for others, pay attention to details, and create individualized experiences because no two people are the same.
That is exactly how I approach travel.
Over the last two years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients celebrate:
Honeymoons
Destination weddings
Anniversaries
Family vacations
Bucket-list trips
Girls trips
Group travel
And so many once-in-a-lifetime memories around the world.
But what means the most to me is the trust.
Trusting me with your vacations, your time, your money, your memories, and your biggest life moments is something I never take lightly.
To every client who booked with me, referred me, shared my name, engaged with my posts, or supported my business in any way — thank you. Truly. This is all because of you!
To my husband — thank you for supporting me when this was just an idea, for believing in me during the uncertain moments, and for encouraging me to take a chance on building something bigger than I thought was possible. I would not have been able to do this without your support, patience, and belief in me every step of the way.
I also want to give a huge thank you to FORA Travel for providing an incredible community, education, partnerships, and support system that has helped me grow both professionally and personally in this industry.
This milestone is not just about numbers to me.
It represents growth, resilience, relationships, hard work, problem solving, advocacy for clients, and building a career centered around caring for people in a completely different way.
