A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of candle making, great conversation, and plenty of laughs!

We loved meeting new faces and helping everyone create their own custom-scented candles! From fresh and clean fragrances to warm and cozy blends, the scent combinations were absolutely incredible!

There's something special about gathering together, sharing stories, sipping drinks, and creating something by hand. We had so much fun, and we hope you did too! 🕯️❤️

We're officially home from vacation, the suitcases are unpacked (mostly 😅), and it's back to reality here at Essence & Wick! After a week of making memories, there's something special about coming home—and lighting your favorite candle. 🕯️❤️

Today we're getting caught up, pouring candles, and gearing up for Whiskey & Wax tomorrow at Whiskey River Ankeny! 🥃✨ We can't wait to spend the afternoon with everyone creating custom candles, enjoying great drinks, and making some memories together.

As if candle-making and cocktails weren't enough, every participant will be entered into a drawing for a Sunwashed Gift Box filled with some of our favorite goodies! 🎁☀️

Essence & Wick goes to Disney 🏰✨

When I asked our sweet grands, Ella and Oliver, which candle I should bring on our Disney vacation, they both said:

“Something fruity!” 🍓🌈

So the Fruity Cereal candle earned a spot in the suitcase and made the trip to Disney World right along with us. 🕯️✨

Now it’s soaking up a little Disney magic, sporting Mickey ears and proving that the happiest place on earth smells even sweeter with a favorite scent from home. 🐭❤️

What can I say? They have excellent taste. 😊
