Wanda is making her way through Noro Magazine Issue 28 and this is already her third finished project from the issue! 💜🌿

Spotted at The Yarn Basket, Wanda is wearing Mistral. A top dreamed up by the NORO Design Team in Japan, & using just 2 balls, Mebuki brings together wool & silk with long flowing color changes that look especially beautiful across Mistral’s subtle texture. 😊

We love how the soft lavender, mint, coral, and natural tones move through this top and Wanda even has the next ball ready to go.... maybe a beanie in the works? 😍

We love seeing a great yarn come to life in a beautiful finished piece! 🧶✨ Cat, owner of Fancy Yarns Australia, knitted this colorful Party Cardi Vest, designed by Jaime Dorfman.

She chose Ella Rae Yarns Eco Organic Cotton Hand Paints in the gorgeous Clover Field colorway, letting those fresh, painterly shades do all the talking. Made from 100% certified organic cotton, this sport-weight yarn is GOTS-approved and hand-painted, giving every skein its own unique character.

Such a fun combination of modern design, natural fiber, and joyful color. Beautifully done, Cat! 💚

We love seeing a project come back around! 🧶💜 Linda Hannon stopped by Colorful Stitches Fine Yarn while visiting from Jacksonville, Florida to share the beautiful progress on her Virus Shawl. She made this Julia Marquardt design with Queensland Collection Perth.

She picked up the yarn there last summer, and now this gorgeous piece is nearly complete. Perth is a super-fine blend of 80% SuperWash Wool and 20% nylon, with 437 yards per skein and beautiful self-striping color changes that make it especially fun for shawls, socks, and accessories.

Those shifting shades look wonderful with the shawl’s open, scalloped stitch pattern. Thanks to Colorful Stitches Fine Yarn for sharing the visit with us, and beautiful work, Linda! ✨

Meet Espiral, a new addition to the Araucania Yarns family! 🧶✨

Rich color, beautiful texture, and oh-so-squishy Merino wool… Espiral has definitely caught our attention. 😍 This new bulky-weight yarn is made from 100% mulesing-free Merino wool, with each generous 150g skein offering 131 yards of colorful possibilities.

A DK weight made from a blend of cotton, silk and polyamide, named after Japanese star-shaped sugar candy. Soft and breathable with a lovely sheen from the silk content.

Pima Grande from Jody Long Yarns 🤍
A super bulky, 100% organic Pima cotton yarn, fair trade and spun in Peru. Buttery soft with a squishy texture, perfect for a quick, satisfying knit.

Akari Solo from Noro Yarns 🌸
A tonal silk yarn blend from Noro, named after the Japanese word for light. A blend of cotton, wool, silk, viscose, mohair and polyamide, with unmistakable Noro character.

Patricia Lee is looking fabulous in her beautifully finished Shelley Summer Top, designed by Nancy Ricci and knit in Noro Kompeito! A truly great example of what Kompeito can be 🩵

The feather and fan stitch pattern gives the top gorgeous movement and texture, while Kompeito’s playful flecks of color peek through every lace detail. We especially love how a simple silhouette lets both the stitchwork & yarn shine.
