Fear of loss can quietly become fear of change. And fear of change can keep us repeating the same cycles, choosing what is familiar over what is aligned.

This month we’ll explore the space between attachment and freedom, grief and growth, endings and beginnings.

Together, we’ll create space for:

Hey friends! We have been hearing a lot of requests for a tarot practice space, so we have opened up our community room on the 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month from 3pm to 6pm for a Community Tarot Circle. We invite tarot readers of all skill levels to come together and practice, share tips & experiences, and chat all things tarot. Bring your cards (or pick up a new deck while you’re in), a journal, and any crystals or comfort items you feel called to. This is a space to practice & expand skills in using tarot. It is not an instructional or guided class.

2nd Sundays Herbal Workshop for August is coming up! 🌿🪻🌺

Come on out Sunday, August 9th for our next free Herbal Workshop. Last month we had a blast and made shampoos to get rid of build up and restore the ph balance of the scalp. Next month I will demonstrate how to make an onion water herbal tea. If you struggle with hair thinning, shedding or simply need a boost to promote hair growth, you will absolutely not want to miss this workshop.

Onions are like a scalp and hair fertilizer. Its super power ingredient is the sulfur. Onion water with a few companion herbs come together to create a super food for your hair. We’ll discuss the science behind the mixture and dive right into the how to. I’ll also go over some tips on how to process all the ingredients to maximize the benefits and minimize the potent smell.
