Dear Meta Legal Team,
I am writing to formally request that Meta ensure the continued operation and accessibility of my business page, Hoodoo Candlemagick, which was created and verified in 2016. I am the rightful owner of this business, which has been registered and verified in the State of New York since 2016.
It has come to my attention that there may be actions or policies in place that could impact the status of my business page. I strongly urge Meta to take immediate action to ensure that my business page remains active and accessible to my customers and followers. Any disruption, removal, or unauthorized modification of this page would cause harm to my business, including financial loss and reputational damage.
Additionally, I reserve the right to pursue legal action in federal court should Meta engage in or allow actions that result in violations of my intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright infringement, misrepresentation, or any harm to my business due to lack of proper authority or acknowledgment of my ownership.
I request the following from Meta:
Confirmation that my business page Hoodoo Candlemagick will remain active and under my ownership without interference.
Immediate restoration of any lost access, visibility, or functionality if any unauthorized changes have been made.
A formal response acknowledging my rights as the verified owner of the business and page.
Failure to comply with these requests may result in legal action under applicable federal intellectual property and copyright laws. My business, reputation, and livelihood depend on the visibility and integrity of my online presence.
