Now available is what is definitely the most rare and collectible record I've had in my history as a record seller!

John Heartsman and Circles, Music of My Heart. It's an original pressing that Ann took amazing care of, even writing her name on it so that we'd all thank her 50 years in the future! Thanks Ann! You kept the vinyl in EX-NM condition all these years!

It is signed in the well kept gatefold by some of the musicians -- I've altered those photos to remove some personally identifying info for the original owner.

Offers are being accepted. This is a priceless record, so if you're seriously interested, get in touch and we can discuss. I suspect there will be more than one person out there who wants it.

As always, this will not be available for shipping for some time, like any of my new arrivals. It's an Oakland record that I would love to see stay in a Bay Area collection.

It's the Friday Flip and I am not ready!!!

Too many new acquisitions in the shop from a few larger collections I looked at this week. The amount of GOOD records I picked up this week is astounding, even to me.

Stay tuned for a story time about the gigantic collection I was able to pick from yesterday. Those records will be available next week. Come by the shop, I'll tell you all about it now; otherwise I'll talk about it here in a few days.

New release from Robyn today as well as a long awaited reissue of Wolf Parade. Just a few copies of each so don't delay!

Taking the Related Pursuits department as far as I can go with it because I happened to acquire a nice assortment of graphic novels and collected trades. Priced all but two of them (real heads will know which two) at 50-90 percent off the cover price, and most of them are completely unread.

I have no idea how I'll display these -- maybe a table outside this weekend -- but feel free to come look through the boxes at any time.

On Thursday, a mighty collection of Middle Eastern music, primarily collected by the original owner for belly dance purposes, will be dropping in the store at opening. From rare Egyptian Grails to classic Lebanese presses to private press American gems, this is an eclectic mix in primarily NM condition.

Come on in for a dig! No holds, no shipping for now. Dibs always to the locals!
