This is Rai.

He started with us as an intern, making a pair of horse riding shoes for his final university project. Today, he is our Junior Product Designer, assisting me with Sagara’s R&D projects.

From Yardmaster, leather key chains, Sagara Socks, and a few more projects that are still in development.

I always enjoy developing people from scratch. Seeing someone learn, make mistakes, get better, and eventually start contributing to the things we make is honestly one of the things I enjoy most about building Sagara.

And it’s never just about them learning from us. I learn a lot from Rai too. Every discussion, every question, and every different point of view sometimes makes me look at a problem from a completely different angle.

We learn together here.

And I think that’s one of the best parts of making things with other people.

This is not a fancy showroom. This is simply where we make boots. If you visit us, don’t expect a polished retail space.

Expect leather on the tables, tools everywhere, boots waiting to be finished, and maybe a cup of coffee while we talk about your next pair.

To keep the workshop running, we open visits for Made-to-Order and Made-to-Measure by appointment only, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with three sessions each day.

A great pair of boots deserves a sock built with the same attention to detail.

Long hours, heavier footwear, and a close-fitting leather upper demand cushioning where it’s needed, without adding unnecessary bulk.

The Sagara Utility Socks are the result of years spent building and wearing leather boots. Zoned terry cushioning protects high-pressure areas at the toe, underfoot, heel, and Achilles, while the upper remains lighter to maintain a precise fit inside the boot. An integrated arch support helps keep the socks securely in place throughout the day, while the Convertible Heel Tab can be worn upright for easier pull-on or folded down for extra protection around the Achilles during the early stages of break-in.

Made with a blend of TENCEL™ Modal fibers, cotton bamboo, combed cotton, and LYCRA® fibers, then finished with Silvadur™ antimicrobial protection, Utility Socks are built for lasting comfort, moisture management, shape retention, and everyday freshness.

After years of hiatus, will make a comeback.

Made with TENCEL™ Modal fibers, cotton bamboo, and combed cotton, then finished with SILVADUR™ antimicrobial protection, these Utility Socks featured with Zoned Terry Cushion to protects high pressure areas at the toe, heel, and footbed, while a lighter upper section maintains a clean fit inside the boot without unnecessary bulk. They also featured with integrated arch supports, an engineered knit structure, supported by LYCRA® fibers to help keep the socks securely in place while reducing unwanted movement inside the boot. Plus, the convertible heel tab that can be worn folded for extra Achilles protection or upright for easier pull-on.
