2010 yılında Türkiye'nin en büyük kahve zincirlerinden birinde başlayan iş hayatımızda kahveye karşı merakımız bir tutkuya dönüştü ve bu tutku hiç azalmadı. Sektörde durmaksızın hizmet verdiğimiz 10 yıl boyunca çalıştığımız işletmelerin verimliliğini arttırmak adına işin mutfağında kalırken dışarı çıkıp kahve severlerin mutfağında yer alma fikri ise hep aklımızdaydı.

Coffee Beans Tamper

Using an espresso tamper is an essential step in the espresso-making process. After grinding the coffee beans and filling the portafilter basket, the barista will use the tamper to apply downward pressure to the coffee grounds. This pressure ensures that the grounds are compressed evenly and creates a level surface, which allows the water to pass through the coffee grounds evenly, resulting in a well-extracted shot of espresso.
