Q: The customer feels pain while urinating after taking DTX. Why is that?
How should we respond?
Suggested response:
"May I kindly explain as follows 🍏
The pain during urination is unlikely to be caused directly by DTX. It's possible that the customer may already have symptoms of a urinary tract infection or inflammation, which might not have been noticeable before. This can also be caused by habits such as holding in urine frequently or drinking too little water.
✨ We recommend the customer continue taking DTX consistently for 5–7 days.
DTX contains potent extracts from cranberry, pomegranate, and 1,3/1,6 beta-glucan, which are known to help reduce inflammation and support the immune system in clearing infections in the urinary tract.
Many users with similar symptoms have reported noticeable improvement after taking DTX regularly 😊
However, if the symptoms persist or worsen, we suggest the customer consult a doctor for further diagnosis 💚"
