Nitta M&T successfully exhibited at the Automotive Manufacturing Expo 2022, held at BITEC Bangna from June 21st to 24th.

This exhibition was an automotive trade show with approximately 2,000 exhibitors and 83,526 professional visitors from worldwide.
At the event, Nitta M&T exhibited our plastic injection molds and a wide range of plastic parts.

We already had valuable discussions with numerous businesses from different countries.

At Nitta M&T, our top priority is the quality of molds and parts. Therefore for every projects, after making mold, we always conduct in-house trial with the part size injection from 30-660 tons

After trial completed, we will send trial sample together with inspection result to our customer for confirmation.
Furthermore, before starting mass production or delivering the mold to our customer, we perform an additional 3-hour testing to ensure all ready for mass production.

By following this strict process, we can prevent any potential issues later, to save both time and costs for our valued customers as well

At Nitta M&T, we have our ownership of four vertical injection molding machines, with different size ranging from 50 to 70 tons. By having quite big number of vertical molding machines, we can ensure high production capacity to meet the diverse demands from our valued customers.

These advanced vertical injection machines excel at insert molding, which involve inserting additional components or inserts into the mold during the injection molding process. The vertical orientation allows for easier access to the mold cavity, facilitating the precise placement of inserts.

Our new factory in Korat has gone into operation!
