My sister-in-law, Cynthia, started HeartSong in 2011, with a commitment to fulfill her life mission on Earth. Inspired by the Divine's Unconditional Love for humanity, her primary goal in setting up HeartSong was to help those who are on their life journey to awaken and discover their True Self. She left Earth in May 2015 and I felt a calling to continue the good that she had started. I promised her that her dreams, visions and love will live on and grow through me.

About Peace

Trying to change others is about intolerance, which is at the core of so much enmity. We cannot find peace unless we are trying to help others find peace also. It doesn’t come when we win battles; it comes when we stop fighting.

We wrongfully tell ourselves that peace will finally come when others change.

The past is over and done. We cannot change that now. How foolish for us to punish ourselves in the present moment because someone hurt us in the long ago past.

Embrace the New Day

It may be that yesterday was not the best of days, but that doesn't mean that today can't be far better, or tomorrow better still! No two occasions or situations are ever the same, so please expect the best from today, and from all the tomorrows to come.

Start the day with optimism. Tell yourself that you are going to have a good day today, and you will!

Whenever there is a moment of envy, consider this:

Remind yourself that nobody has it all. Comparing your life with others is always a losing proposition. There will always appear to be people who have it better than you.

Besides, we always compare the worst of what we know about ourselves to the best assumptions we make about others.

Be reminded, nobody has it all. Each person you meet experiences problems, trials, and weaknesses – just like you. This is what makes us human. Nobody is exempt. Nobody has it all. Nobody.

Guess it is time to count my own blessings 😝

"Never waste a minute thinking about people we don’t like."

This sounds easy but hard to practice. 😅 Did you realised that the more we dislike someone, the more we think about them. We re-live the past events and justify why we dislike them. In the process, we got hurt many times over.

Looks like we need to make a conscious effort to stop thinking about people we don't like.

Do not try to control those around you. When you cannot even control your own mind, don't ever think you can control others.
