SHELISCIOUS makes every effort, as accurately as possible, the colours and measurements of our products that appear on our photos. All our measurements are done with the apparel laid flat on level ground. There may be a 2-3cm difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect. Bust/PTP(Across)
Measure across your chest at the fullest point of your bra cup. Make sure to go UNDER your arms and not around them. Waist(Across)
Measure across the smallest part of your waistline, just above the belly button. Hips
Measure across the fullest part of your hips/the part where it sticks out the most. Dress length
Measure from the high point of your shoulders and down the length of your back. Across shoulders
Measure across the two points of your shoulders. A difference of 2-3cm between the item(s) in our given measurements will not be considered as a defect. Laundry Care:
1) Do note that handwash is advised for all apparels to prevent the apparels from going out of shape.
2) Pieces should be lightly washed without prolonged periods of soaking to prevent discolouration or colour run.
3) Do wash apparels in cold water instead of warm/hot water to prevent shrinking.
4) For cotton/apparels with cotton content, do not spin dry to avoid shrinkage.
5) Do not use bleach on stained areas.
6) Do iron chiffon pieces on low heat settings. Pieces with embellishment/embossing must be ironed inside out. Exchange policy and Defects:
Defects includes holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discolouration before washing. Please write us an email stating the order number and send it to [email protected] together with snapshot of the 'defective' item for us to determine the severity of the defect before we request for the item to be mailed back to us. For items that are deemed with defects by SHELISCIOUS, we will exchange for the same item that is still in-stock, or exchange for other designs available which is the equivalent value. Do note that you will have to bear the costs of return shipment. Exchange items are to be in original condition and unwashed. Ordering Methods:

We accept payments via DBS/POSB Internet Banking and ATM transfers. Payment have to be made within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, items will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification. For ATM transferees, Payment details (Date & Time of transfer, amount transferred, transaction reference number and your order number) have to be submitted via email to [email protected]. Postage:
SINGPOST Normal Mail
Normal postage normally takes 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to deliver and parcels will be delivered to your mailbox. Normal postage will cost a fixed SGD1.50 and SGD0.50 for every subsequent item. Please note that order tracking is not available for normal postage deliveries. SHELISCIOUS cannot be held responsible for any lost-in-mail occurences as a result of normal postage. As such, registered mail is always a recommended option. In cases of lost-in-mail for normal postage, SHELISCIOUS will do our utmost best to coordinate and follow-up with Singpost for the retrieval of the parcel. SINGPOST Registered Mail
Delivery takes 2 - 4 days via Singpost local registered mail. Delivery is trackable. There is a one time charge of $3.50 on top of standard postage for registered mail. Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door. If no one is at home to receive it, a notification slip will be left either at the door or in the mailbox to collect within 10 days at the nearest Post Office. Customer will be required to bring down the notification slip with NRIC to collect. Mailing:
We will only mail out your items every wednesday. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
