A big thank you to everyone who joined this offshore fishing trip! 🎣

It was a fantastic day out on the water with an awesome group. The weather was on our side, everyone stayed positive, worked hard, and the teamwork throughout the trip was amazing.

Looking at this photo says it all—great company, great vibes, and a respectable catch! From the batang to the reef fish, every fish was earned through patience and teamwork.

Thank you all for making the trip so enjoyable. It’s always the people that make these adventures memorable. Hope everyone had as much fun as I did, and I can’t wait to fish with all of you again on the next adventure!

Good afternoon everyone!

A big thank you to everyone who joined this fishing trip. Although the weather was pretty kind to us in the morning, the fish clearly had other plans and just weren’t in the mood to bite.

Even so, everyone gave it their best, kept fishing hard, and the team spirit throughout the day was fantastic. That’s what makes these trips enjoyable—not just the catches, but the company and the laughs we share along the way.

And of course… the drinking session deserves a special mention! It was definitely one of the best parts of the trip. The only problem? We seriously underestimated the amount of alcohol we needed!

Thank you all once again for making it such a fun and memorable day. Hopefully the next trip will come with even hungrier fish, but the same great company. Looking forward to seeing everyone again soon! 🎣🍻

Good evening everyone,

The overall catch results were relatively disappointing, and the strong winds throughout the day were likely the main factor affecting the fishing.

While the fishing was tough, I am grateful that everyone remained positive and enjoyed the trip together. Despite the challenging conditions, we still had some memorable moments — from the wild bird that struck our bus to the eagles boldly swooping down, hoping to sn**ch a takeaway fish from our boat. These are experiences that not many anglers get to witness.

Thank you all for your understanding, patience, and wonderful company. Fishing is always unpredictable, and sometimes nature has other plans for us. Although the catches were not what we wanted, I hope the camaraderie, laughter, and unique experiences made the trip worthwhile.

Looking forward to sharing better fishing days with all of you on our next adventure.

Good day everyone!

What a great trip—truly a magnificent one! A trip that blurred the lines between the so-called leisure live-bait anglers and specialist casters/jiggers!

A special shoutout to our dear member Long, who achieved an incredible personal and group record by landing 10 batangs during this trip. That’s a remarkable accomplishment and certainly a record that will be difficult to break anytime soon. His hard work, skill, dedication, and perseverance paid off in a big way. Congratulations, Long!

Watching Long land batang after batang, I gave it my all as well, only to end up with a personal record of 5 barracudas—the complete opposite of what we were targeting!

That said, many others had memorable catches worth mentioning:

* Our beloved “Teddy Bear” Ron landed a 6–8kg cobia in under a minute and also caught his first-ever batang on jig.
* Malcolm caught his first batang on a minnow.
* Jason landed a very decent and beautiful golden snapper.
* Ah Huat landed the biggest fish on sabiki for the trip.
* Mr Pok caught a good-sized red snapper.

Beyond the catches, it was simply a fantastic trip. We shared plenty of laughter, great moments, good food, and a few drinks. The atmosphere was lively throughout, and the camaraderie among everyone made the experience even more enjoyable.

A big thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to making this trip such a memorable one. Whether you caught your target species, achieved a personal best, or simply enjoyed the company and experience, each of you played a part in making this trip special.

A big thank you to everyone who joined me! Honestly, one thing that really stood out to me was the amazing group spirit throughout the whole trip. Everyone was patient, understanding, helpful, and willing to look out for one another, and I truly appreciate that very much.

Even though the transportation arrangements may not have been the smoothest and the catches were not exactly what we hoped for, nobody let it affect the mood. The laughter, conversations, and positive vibes from the group really made the trip enjoyable and memorable for me.

Dinner was also a really nice way to end the day, and I sincerely hope everyone enjoyed themselves. Special thanks to Aloysius for so generously contributing the whole mackerel for dinner — it was super fresh, delicious, and definitely appreciated by everyone at the table!

Thank you all once again for making the trip such a pleasant and meaningful one. Truly grateful for the company, understanding, and great memories together. Looking forward to the next adventure with all of you again soon
